Instructions:
1. Extract the luts to the Mastereffect folder.
2. Set #define USE_LUT to 1 within MasterEffect.h
3. Open Reshade.fx and under "texture2D texDepth : DEPTH;" point to the "texLut" you'd like to use EG "MasterEffect/S25LP10/LUT_H240.bmp"
