[i] Not Much. Honestly I think GTA 5 needs very little to hit it's intended look.
There's not a ton of room for improvement without changing visuals dramatically.
Clearly the intended goal was a filmic look (LensFlares like JJ Abrams).
With the already existant DOF and Lens Effects I decided to add film grain to compliment them.
I like Film Grain for one main reason. It covers up stuff that you really would rather not see.
(like Anti-Aliasing crawling).
Obviously if you are playing at 4K this wouldn't be an issue, but for the visually adept; we notice these things.
A bit of CA was added as well for Filmic effect.
A slight bit of Gain raising to make the image slightly brighter.
A slight bit of Vibrance to make certian colours pop more.
Lumasharpening to help with FXAA blur, and to bring out textures of course.
And that's it. Like I said not much is needed.
Let me remind you though this is directed towards the Filmic approach the game has naturally.
It isn't intended to be realistic.[/i]

- Extra Stuff -
Effects are disabled by default! This is because the loading screens come to a crawl (apparently a driver issue on both sides)
F12 toggles effects on and off, not scroll lock!
Make sure to rebind F12 if it's bound to something (or rebind the effects toggle key)
You may not even notice the effects are on. It's a very slight change. You probably will notice the Lumasharpening though.
